Welcome to Digital Tambay.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Digital Tambay website, products, services, and Meta Ads Elite Mastery online course.

By accessing our website, purchasing our products or services, creating an account, or accessing the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use our services.

1. About Digital Tambay

Digital Tambay provides educational content, online courses, digital products, and related educational resources.

Meta Ads Elite Mastery is an educational program designed to teach students about Meta/Facebook advertising, campaign management, strategy, optimization, and related digital marketing concepts.

Digital Tambay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook.

2. Course Access

Access provided to you depends on the product or package you purchase.

Individual Level Purchases

If you purchase an individual level of Meta Ads Elite Mastery, your course access is valid for one (1) year from the date your access is granted, unless a different access period is clearly stated on the applicable sales page or checkout page.

Early Bird and Complete Access

Students who purchase an Early Bird offer or Complete Access package that expressly includes lifetime access will receive lifetime access to the applicable course content, subject to these Terms and the continued availability of the course.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as Digital Tambay continues to operate and make the applicable course available. It does not mean access is guaranteed indefinitely regardless of circumstances, including permanent discontinuation of the course or business.

3. Student Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Your account is personal to you and may not be:

  • Shared with another person;

  • Loaned, transferred, sold, or assigned;

  • Used by multiple individuals;

  • Used to provide unauthorized access to another person; or

  • Used for any activity that violates these Terms.

You agree to immediately notify Digital Tambay if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without your authorization.

4. Personal and Non-Transferable License

When you purchase a course or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal educational purposes.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the course, lessons, videos, documents, templates, graphics, recordings, or other intellectual property to you.

5. Strictly Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Piracy Policy

Digital Tambay's course materials are protected intellectual property.

You are strictly prohibited from recording, copying, reproducing, distributing, sharing, selling, or otherwise making the course materials available to other people without written permission from Digital Tambay.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Screen recording or video recording course lessons;

  • Recording lessons using a phone, camera, screen-recording software, or any other device or method;

  • Downloading or copying course materials where downloading or copying is not expressly authorized;

  • Taking screenshots for the purpose of redistributing course content;

  • Sharing your account or login credentials;

  • Allowing another person to access your purchased course;

  • Uploading course videos or materials to Facebook, YouTube, Google Drive, Telegram, Discord, websites, file-sharing platforms, or other platforms;

  • Selling, licensing, sublicensing, or renting course materials;

  • Reproducing or repackaging course materials for commercial purposes;

  • Selling or distributing recordings of the lessons;

  • Creating a competing course substantially based on Digital Tambay's proprietary course materials;

  • Removing copyright, ownership, or other identifying notices from the materials; or

  • Participating in or assisting with the unauthorized distribution or "pirating" of the course.

Violation of this Policy

If Digital Tambay reasonably determines that a student has engaged in unauthorized recording, sharing, distribution, resale, account sharing, or other serious misuse of course materials, Digital Tambay may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate the student's course access;

  • Remove the student from the Digital Tambay community or Discord server;

  • Disable the student's account;

  • Refuse further access to Digital Tambay products or services;

  • Take appropriate action to protect its intellectual property; and

  • Pursue other remedies available under applicable law.

Termination resulting from a student's violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content and materials provided by Digital Tambay, including but not limited to:

  • Videos;

  • Audio;

  • Written lessons;

  • Presentations;

  • PDFs;

  • Worksheets;

  • Templates;

  • Checklists;

  • Graphics;

  • Images;

  • Course structure;

  • Training materials;

  • Website content;

  • Branding; and

  • Other original educational materials

are owned by or licensed to Digital Tambay and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the materials only for your personal educational use in accordance with the access rights associated with your purchase.

7. Community and Discord

Discord may be used as the primary community and student support channel for Meta Ads Elite Mastery.

Students are expected to communicate respectfully and follow Discord's applicable rules and Digital Tambay's community guidelines.

Digital Tambay may remove or restrict access to the community for behavior including harassment, abuse, spam, unauthorized promotion, sharing of pirated materials, account sharing, or other conduct that negatively affects the community.

Discord is a third-party platform. Your use of Discord is also subject to Discord's own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

8. Educational Purpose and No Guarantee of Results

Meta Ads Elite Mastery is provided for educational purposes only.

Digital Tambay does not guarantee that you will:

  • Obtain employment;

  • Become a freelancer;

  • Acquire clients;

  • Generate sales;

  • Generate leads;

  • Increase advertising performance;

  • Earn a specific amount of money;

  • Recover the cost of the course;

  • Build a successful business; or

  • Achieve any specific financial or professional result.

Results depend on many factors, including your experience, skills, implementation, business model, budget, market conditions, advertising account status, competition, offers, products, creative assets, and other factors outside Digital Tambay's control.

Any examples of income, business results, advertising performance, or student outcomes are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.

9. Meta/Facebook Platform Changes

Meta's advertising platform, policies, features, interface, algorithms, and requirements may change at any time.

Because of this, some lessons, screenshots, interfaces, tools, or strategies may become outdated or may require updates.

Digital Tambay may update, modify, replace, or revise course materials when appropriate.

Digital Tambay does not guarantee that every strategy or platform feature taught in the course will remain available or produce the same results in the future.

10. Payments and Pricing

All prices are displayed in the applicable sales page or checkout page.

You agree to provide accurate payment and account information when making a purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers, including PayMongo or other payment processors made available by Digital Tambay.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

11. Refunds

Because Meta Ads Elite Mastery is a digital educational product that may provide immediate access to course materials, purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been granted, subject to applicable laws and the Digital Tambay Refund Policy.

Please review the Digital Tambay Refund Policy before completing your purchase.

12. Course Availability

Digital Tambay will make reasonable efforts to maintain access to the course and website.

However, Digital Tambay does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Access may occasionally be affected by:

  • Maintenance;

  • Technical problems;

  • Internet or hosting issues;

  • Third-party platform outages;

  • Security incidents;

  • Platform changes; or

  • Other circumstances beyond Digital Tambay's reasonable control.

13. Changes to the Course

Digital Tambay may update, modify, add, remove, or reorganize course content from time to time.

Such changes may be made to improve the course, correct outdated information, respond to changes in advertising platforms, or improve the student experience.

14. Changes to These Terms

Digital Tambay may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.

The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the website or course after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Digital Tambay shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from your use of the website, course, or educational materials.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Termination of Access

Digital Tambay reserves the right to suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary, including for:

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Unauthorized sharing or use of an account;

  • Course piracy or unauthorized distribution;

  • Fraudulent activity;

  • Abuse of Digital Tambay staff or community members;

  • Unauthorized resale of course materials; or

  • Other serious misuse of Digital Tambay's services.

Termination due to a violation of these Terms does not entitle the student to a refund.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, subject to applicable consumer protection and other mandatory laws.
